ODS is an independent Oregon corporation that provides a full range of medical and dental plans for employers and individuals. Founded in 1955, the company is Oregon's oldest dental insurer and a fast growing medical insurer. ODS currently serves over 600,000 Oregonians with dental or medical insurance.

Products
ODS offers medical and dental plan options to employers and individuals. Employers can choose from a wide variety of Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Point-of-Service (POS) plans with an exceptional range of options. Individual plans and Medicare supplement coverage are also available.
Subsidiaries
- BenefitHelp Solutions is a third-party administrator that provides employers with benefit outsourcing options. BenefitHelp Solutions handles Flexible Spending Account, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, COBRA continuation and retirement premium administration, and consolidated group billing.
- DAISY develops, markets and supports integrated practice management software systems for dental offices. DAISY software allows each dental office a high-speed link to online eligibility and benefit information as well as claims billing.
- Dentists Benefits Insurance Company (DBIC) is a property and casualty insurance company focused on serving the needs of dentists. It is the leading dental malpractice insurer in Oregon. Its affiliate, Dentists Benefits Corporation (DBC), is an insurance agency that sells DBIC products and many other specialized policies.

Community
Through contributions of time and resources, ODS and its employees continue to be part of the Oregon community. Employees assist organizations like Oregon Hospice, The American Red Cross, The American Diabetes Association, Assistance League of Portland, Janus Youth Programs and many more. ODS provides a corporate match for every employee who donates to the United Way. ODS also impacts the community through generous donations to the Portland Art Museum, the Oregon Symphony, Oregon Health & Science University and many others.
