ODS Health welcomes Matt Schnug home to Spokane

PORTLAND, OR. (Oct. 13, 2011) — ODS Health Plan, Inc., (ODS Health) announced today the opening of a Spokane-based sales office to be led by Spokane native, Matt Schnug.

"We are committed to the Washington market. We think the best way to serve a community and its health needs is to be an active part of that community. We are thrilled to be able to move one of our most seasoned team members home to Spokane to help establish ODS Health as a partner to Washingtonians," said Robert Gootee, President & CEO of ODS Health.

Matt Schnug will join Robin Hilleary, ODS Health Regional Sales Director as the newest member of the ODS Health team in Washington. Schnug was born and raised in Spokane and attended Gonzaga Prep high school. Schnug joined ODS in 2006 and has most recently been the manager the ODS Health Alaska office in Anchorage.

"The opportunity to return home to my roots is one I could not pass up," said Schnug. "I am excited to share the benefits of ODS Health with Washington and to be part of this team. In September, ODS Health announced its plans to expand its product offering to include large group insured and individual and family medical plans in the state of Washington in 2012. Currently, ODS Health offers self-funded medical plans and pharmacy plans in the state of Washington.
