OHSU Executive Evaluation Program

ODS now provides individuals with access to the OHSU Executive Evaluation Center. The OHSU Executive Evaluation Center is operated by OHSU and consists of a comprehensive history and physical exam, extensive diagnostic and screening tests, a lifestyle risk assessment, and a detailed written and verbal report of findings and recommendations.
