Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Cascade Centers, Inc. was founded in 1975 as a counseling center, and expanded in 1978 to provide EAP services nationally. Cascade Centers, Inc. is a privately owned and operated EAP provider with over 250 contracts with private and public organizations. Across the United States, there are over 16,000 EAP counselors who have contracts with Cascade. These 16,000 EAP counselors are licensed or certified in their mental health field and have over five years of experience.

In partnership with Cascade Centers, Inc., ODS offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to our fully-insured medical groups. ODS will also be offering this service to our self-insured accounts on a per employee, per month (PEPM) fee basis.

Services that the ODS EAP provides include the following:

Up to three in-person visits per incident
Unlimited management coaching/consultation
24-Hour/7 days a week crisis line
Management referrals
Childcare, eldercare, legal and financial resources
Live general mental health information line
Website resource access including “Cascade Personal Advantage” interactive website
EAP employee/management orientations
Health fair participation
Health awareness education seminars
Critical incident stress management services are available
Onsite specialized management services can be developed
