New Individual Marketing Representative Joins ODS

Denise Krueger joins ODS with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the employee benefits arena. Her insurance career began as support in a sales brokerage office learning the business from the agent’s perspective in the administration and sales of individual and group business. Over time, she has developed her skills through tenures in customer service, medical management, account management and sales.

Krueger is a 2003 graduate of Portland State University’s Weekend Degree Program for Working Adults, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration while working full time in the industry. She won the Virgil Miller Award, a prestigious award bestowed by the Business Dean to one student in the business school for recognition of academic excellence in business management. Krueger and husband of 17 years, Kirt, have recently moved from Portland to Molalla, and they have a 9-month-old Jack Russell, Rudy. Krueger’s combination of workplace experience and commitment to personal growth make her uniquely qualified to lead the initiatives geared toward substantial growth in enrollment in the ODS product line and manage its success.
