Online Reports Available in 2006

ODS is striving to make life a little easier in 2006 with our New Year's resolution to provide you with enhanced group reports – faster and electronically. Online reports will be available beginning February 2006, providing January data.

Monthly reports will be available within five working days of the end of the reporting period, which means reports will be available much sooner than through the current delivery system. Additionally, the online system will allow you to access data in HTML, PDF and Excel formats.

As the majority of our agents take advantage of the new online system – and in an effort to be good stewards of our environment – ODS will discontinue generating paper reports when online reports become available. Paper reports will be available by request only through your ODS marketing service representative.

In order to gain access to the reporting system, you will need a log-on and password. If you already have a log-on and password to the ODS agent website (formerly known as Small Group Quote) to complete small group quote requests, your current log-on and password will provide you access to your clients reports when they become available. Reports are available to all groups with 100 or more enrollees.
