The Maximizer Plan: An ideal plan for individuals who want broad coverage for a range of services including pharmacy benefits. The Maximizer includes a $20 copay for office visits, alternative care, and urgent care centers.

The Beneficial Rx Plan: The best plan for those looking for rich benefits with higher coinsurance levels and a lower total out of pocket cost. The Beneficial Rx includes a variety of services that can be accessed before the deductible, including preventive care, pharmacy services, limited office visits or urgent care center access, and alternative care.

The Beneficial Value Plan: The plan suited to individuals concerned about premium costs. The plan offers catastrophic coverage, and the deductible is waived in case of an accident. The plan also includes coverage for the first three office visits per plan year and the first three alternative care visits. A prescription rider can be added to this plan to provide first-dollar pharmacy benefits.

The HSA Choice and HSA Value Plans: These plans provide coverage through an HSA-qualified high-deductible insurance plan; paired with a tax-advantaged bank account where insured contributions toward the deductible accumulate and are used for qualified medical expenses tax-free and unused contributions may be rolled over from year to year.

What about ODS dental for the renewal?

Dental is our cornerstone product, and it’s no secret that no one "does dental" better than ODS. For our renewal, you can prepare for the same great dental plans that we have offered, but with some enhancements - and at the same rates!

You may be aware that the Family Health Assistance Insurance Program (FHIAP) has recently begun to subsidize premiums for Individual dental at the same level as the medical subsidy. This provides you with the unique opportunity to offer your FHIAP clients a complete package of medical and dental through ODS.

As a special one-time offer this year only, we are happy to announce that we will be allowing a dental open enrollment for existing policyholders who did not elect dental upon their initial enrollment. A copy of the election form your clients may use to add this valuable and highly desirable benefit is attached. Remind your clients that a dental open enrollment does not normally occur and this is a unique one-time opportunity to be able to add the outstanding protection of the ODS Premier or Preferred PPO Dental plan for a complete medical and dental benefits package.
