New Group Paperwork Timeline

We want your help to make sure your clients and our customers are happy for choosing ODS. We all know getting new group paperwork to carriers late in the month usually causes delays in getting group numbers, ID cards, etc. This usually means unhappy clients for you. 

You can help by getting your new group paperwork to ODS by the 20th of December. As a matter of fact, we will not accept a new group if the complete paperwork is not in our office by the 20th. For example: if we get your clients 1/1/08 new group paperwork on December 21st, it will not be accepted for 1/1/08. It will need to be pushed to a 2/1/08 effective date and re-quoted.
