goals.

- Grab a calendar and mark your long-term goal date.
Then start today, this week and month; determine
immediate steps and short-term goals that will bring
you closer to your destination.
- Support:
- Talk about your goal with friends and loved ones
that will help your cause. It can be the support from
others that carries you.
- Action:
- Excuses are easy and life is short. Go! Do! Be!
- Results:
- You make them happen. Continue the journey and
be all that you can imagine.
