Individual Options Rates Approved

ODS is pleased to report that our Individual Options renewal rate filing has been approved by the state:

New brochure with rates and benefits effective Nov. 1, 2008, through Oct. 31, 2009.
Renewal application. Please note that this application has a revision date of November 2008 in the bottom left corner and that any previous version of the application should be discarded. Only applications with this revision date will be accepted after Nov. 1.

Hard copies will be available in mid-October.

If you would like to order hard copies of the new brochure or application, e-mail the quantity you would like to or call 503-243-3973 or 877-277-7073. Our team will fill your order as soon as we have the printed brochures in mid-October.

Our website has been updated to reflect this new material.

Dental Exchange rates

Our Dental Exchange rate filing also has been approved. The new brochure and application are being finalized now and will follow separately in the next few days.
