Individual plan renewal deferred from October to November, 2008

ODS would like to take this opportunity to let you know that our current individual rates and contract provisions will hold for the month of October. We are waiting for state approval on our new rates, which is the reason for our delay.

Renewal changes will not become effective for any new or existing member until November 1, 2008. Your clients will benefit from an additional month of coverage at the current rate for October and should anticipate a change to the new renewal rate on their November billing statement or bank draft.

A notice informing members of the new November effective date will be sent this week.

Please note this change will reset our renewal for individual contract changes and rates to November of each year.
