ODS SelectChoice
The ODS SelectChoice is a new dental plan that will be offered to groups of 51 or more enrolled subscribers along with the traditional fee-for-service and preferred option dental plans.
- The plan has no contract limitations, exclusions (except for cosmetic services) or restrictions, except, maximum payable amount. Payment is based on the employer's selected plan design.
- Claims are to be submitted to ODS for services performed. No special claims forms are required.
- ODS will make payment based on the approved ODS filed fees.
- Patient pays their copayment to the dentist.
- The ODS SelectChoice dental groups will indicate SelectChoice on the ID cards.
- An additional participating agreement is not required for the SelectChoice plan.
