Become an ODS participating provider

For more than 50 years, ODS has been helping dentists provide the best possible care to their patients. By participating in one of our progressive dental pre-payment programs, you get our ongoing support as well as easy online fee filing and access to Benefit Tracker, our HIPAA-compliant online service that helps you track patient eligibility, copay details, claims status and more.

ODS is the Delta Dental Plan of Oregon, and as such, we direct ODS and other Delta Dental Plan members to the practices of participating dentists like you. As a participating dentist, your name and contact information will appear in all provider directories for ODS subscribers as well as on the ODS and Delta Dental websites.

Depending on what best suits your practice, ODS offers participation in two Delta Dental networks:

Delta Dental Premier Plan. The Premier Plan is a fee-for-service plan that allows patients to choose a dentist from the widest list of participating dentists. Participating dentists are reimbursed at their accepted filed fees with ODS. Your participation in the Premier network is effective the date that all your fees are accepted by ODS and automatically allows you the option to participate in the Delta Dental PPO, the ODS Oregon Health Plan and the Children’s Program networks.
Delta Dental Preferred Provider Option (PPO). The Preferred Provider Option includes a select group of dentists who elect to contract with ODS at an established rate rather than filed fees. This is a smaller network of dentists and therefore a great way to grow your practice.
