Mail Order Pharmacy

Your ODS pharmacy program through the Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) offers mail order pharmacy service provided by Wellpartner, an Oregon-based home delivery pharmacy. Wellpartner can fill prescriptions for you starting October 1, 2008.

How do I establish my mail order prescriptions with the ODS mail order pharmacy program through Wellpartner?

To help you in the planning process, please be prepared to submit a new prescription for the medication you wish to have filled through the mail order program.

Ask your doctor(s) for new prescriptions, written for up to a 90-day supply, with refills. Mail these to Wellpartner with the order form, or have your doctor fax them to Wellpartner at 1-866-624-5797.

Important Notice:  You will need to have your ODS/OEBB ID number in order to set up your mail order account. Once you receive your ODS/OEBB ID card, you will have the information necessary to begin the registration process with Wellpartner. To set up your account, please login to your myODS account, then click on the pharmacy tab, or contact Wellpartner at 503-726-4672 or toll free at 866-680-4672.

All valid prescriptions will be processed in accordance with plan provisions and subject to eligibility at the time the prescription is filled. You will be charged for the required copayment. Please do not send prescriptions to Wellpartner until you want them filled.

Once my account and prescription(s) are established, how do I place orders for refills?

You can order your prescription refill(s) from Wellpartner online through the pharmacy tab in your personal myODS account, by mail, or by telephone. You must initiate refill orders; Wellpartner will not send them automatically.

To use the Mail Order Pharmacy, obtain a mail order pharmacy order form from your employer and visit the pharmacy tab of your myODS account. For assistance please contact ODS Pharmacy Customer Service at 503-265-2911 or toll free at 866-923-0411.

How do I pay for my mail order prescriptions?

Payment is accepted in the form of credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) or a debit card. Payment is required before your order can be shipped. You can provide payment information via your secure online account through Wellpartner. To access your account, login to myODS and click on the pharmacy tab.

How do I find out the costs of medications through Wellpartner’s mail order service?

You can verify your benefits (copayment and coinsurance) by referring to your plan’s benefit summary. You can also check the approximate cost and learn more about your prescription drug coverage under the pharmacy tab in your myODS account, contacting ODS or Wellpartner customer service.

There is no delivery charge for prescription orders from Wellpartner, unless you request expedited delivery.

How much medication can I get?

Your plan allows up to a 90-day supply of medications through mail order.

Are there any medications that Wellpartner does not dispense?

Wellpartner does not provide “compounded” or “specialty” medications. For information about these medications and where you can obtain them, visit the pharmacy section of myODS.

When will my order arrive?

In most cases, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 business days after your order is received. Please allow more time for new prescriptions.

How long can I use my current mail order pharmacy?

Please use your current mail order pharmacy through September 30, 2008. It is important to note that prescriptions will not be transferred from your previous mail order pharmacy or from retail pharmacies. The ODS Pharmacy program will not have access to your current prescriptions, prescription history or existing prior authorizations. It is therefore important that you establish your account with Wellpartner as soon as you receive your ODS ID card.
