- Worldwide coverage for emergency services
- Protection of an annual out-of-pocket maximum
- Routine eye exam once every two years
- Routine physical exam with a $0 copayment (not covered by Medicare)
- No referrals required
- No primary care physician (PCP) requirement
- 12-month travel benefit within the United States
