Our healthcare package includes the full suite of ODS offerings, including medical, dental, pharmacy and vision, as well as life insurance.
401K
ODS is proud to help our employees invest in their future through our 401k contribution plan. Employees may build their nest egg by contributing pre-tax dollars to their 401k. To help them, ODS will contribute three percent of each employees’ base salary. In addition, ODS will match each employees’ contribution on a percentage basis based on the number of years they have been with the company.
Transit subsidy
ODS offers employees a Transit Subsidy Program to offset commuting expenses. The transit subsidy may be used for TriMet, C-Tran or BAT. We also offer a Commuter Expense Reimbursement Account. This program allows employees to elect a pre-tax salary reduction that is deposited into a separate account. Funds can be withdrawn to reimburse employees for qualified commuting expenses.
Employee training and education
We believe it is important our employees have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully perform their jobs. ODS offers in-house training and reimbursement for job-related courses.
Employee Assistance Program
We understand that sometimes there may be a need for resources outside of ODS to help with life’s challenges. ODS provides employees an employee assistance program (EAP). The EAP offers confidential support, guidance and resources to help our employees and their families resolve personal issues and assistance with life’s challenges.
